AS WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE WE HAVE CHANGED TO A NEW SYSTEM CALLED PATIENT ONLINE SERVICES.  TO REGISTER PLEASE COLLECT A FORM FROM THE PRACTICE

OR YOU MAY PREFER TO REGISTER WITH A PHARMACY TO ORDER PRESCRIPTIONS ON YOUR BEHALF. 

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO NOMINATE A PHARMACY TO COLLECT YOUR REPEAT AND ACUTE PRESCRIPTIONS ON YOUR BEHALF, SO YOU MAY GO DIRECT TO THE PHARMACY TO COLLECT. 

Repeat Prescriptions Notice

Please allow 3 full working days for your repeat prescriptions to be processed.

Due to the high volume of calls, please do not contact the surgery to check on your prescription unless:

• 4 working days have passed since your request, and

• You have already checked with your usual pharmacy.

EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTIONS ONLY MAY BE COLLECTED THE SAME DAY, AND WILL BE AT THE DOCTORS DECISION
